The market and I seem to have completely different views.
I thought the quarterly and receipts announcement was solid. I found the ACV update to be a letdown...the implied churn rate is gigantic if you consider the material contract of $3.12m. The update mentions a number of smaller sales etc so if we assume ~$4m (likely higher) of added ACV then we essentially had a 33% churn rate (implied on incremental)? Correct me if I've missed something.
