The first question is easy, they used a reverse cycle drill rig (cheaper) and it reached the end of its reach, they will now come back with a diamond drill rig which can drill further down. This is common practice as there isn't much point paying for a diamond drill rig until you have more info about the target.
The second question is what is keeping the SP so low. When will promises finally be kept.
