Yes, agree. I talked with David yesterday......... I put it to him that it appears to me that PEP 11 is still not check mate.
His response was ............."Thats exactly my view also "
He also advised me that the ASX are holding the announcements up ( his explanation to me was very valid btw)
There are things going on here that will play out............its a time for cool heads.
