thanks for your post. I first came across Goldsborough Energy Pty Ltd in late July this year when I discovered its interest in a number of permits in WA. I wasn't aware that it was a subsidiary of Goldsborough Ltd. I will check out the Offer Information Statement as the offering is available to non-members. Seems to close on 24 November.
