Release to market information regarding Royalty concessions and investment incentives (all but concluding negotiations)
Continue exploration/increase campaign to exploit new areas. Release results as the come in.
Pour Gold, sell Gold, pay off finance above and initiate buyback with any excess capital.
Think about drip feeding Zurich cash over 5 to 10 year period.
Feasibility of new plant post exploration, etc, etc,

Share price to rise steadily during this time, with big jumps after specific news. $2, $3, $4, $5, $6 all depends how patient you are.
