Why is it "big"? You need to justify your claim with reasons.
The replacement CMO has been on the payroll since 2013. If he wanted to make any big contribution to the company he could easily have done it already.
Fred Grossman has been with Mesoblast for just 2 years and 7 months. Fred has a new job to go to, so it looks like he quit. Why?
