(jxscul) >>For those that think the institutional/soph investors are selling the shares they bought at 45c, I'd suggest you're mistaken<< I suggest you may be the one who are mistaken. What makes you think they are selling ‘new shares’ ?
So in your mind (jxscul), are the >21.8mil+ shares already traded today all Mum & Dad’s selling out ?
Consider this – In Sep. 2009 - 4,479 shareholders were holding 1-5000 shares each = 11.8mil shares. Only 11.8mil – the other 10mil from where ? The Mum&Dad's with >5000 I hear you say - LOL
Instos for a quick buck you hear me say.
>> Last time I checked, you can no longer sell something you don't own yet<< Was that meant as a throw away comment? Instos and sophisticated investors will have their stock by Monday well within T-3. Selling today, they will be in a position to deliver the stock when due for settlement. Capital raisings are often designed with that in mind – by insto demand)
( btw - do you really think Naked Short Selling is not being practiced these days? It is like saying to a driver you shall not speed when driving, has that stopped speeding ?)
