Even the "General Public" ownership is composed mostly of large players. Top 20 shareholders own over 95% of issued shares and shareholdings >100K shares make up nearly 99% of issued shares. These two tables were announced to the ASX a few days after listing:
As you say, a lot of these big shareholders will be ready to cut their losses as their shares come out of escrow. There could be a mad rush for the door.
LFS badly need the HUM deal to give their shareholders hope and stave off a total bloodbath (IMO).
