If anyone want to stop FEX becoming life style company to fund management free (LOAN) stocks then VOTE NO TO EVERYTHING INCLUDING INCREASING REMUNERATION POOL... IMO.
They didn't give share price target or NPAT increase target to achieve ... lol ... !
