EL, your criticisms are well known and understood by us suffering LTHs here, we have heard it 100 times before.
There is no current production but its massive once it starts, way more massive than our peers as LionOre, Norilsk & DS made sure of that with that $2B build, capex and maintenance spend since 2003.

DS for all his faults actually achieved a lot and brought in BS LJ cheap to POS & almost started production in 2015 at LJ but for the NP collapse.

Im sure DS & Norilsk both looking on longingly at these assets wondering WTH is PH doing stalling it?
DS must be very upset that his big effort is being stalled like this & AF AF has departed like this.
