No election fraud ? if there is no election fraud I'd be very surprised. The number of dead people voting should be cause for concern. It should only result in an election overturn after the legal and consitutional process has been concluded and would be in accordance with due legal processes.
You can not conclude there was no election fraud or if the election fraud resulted in a different result - that's for the courts to determine on a case by case basis.
