As you state, the lease renewal is to be conditional on the FS being provided by the due date (maybe that is the FEb deadline I recall?).

I also imagine that the CONTENT and FINDINGS/RECOMMENDATIONS of the FS will be crucial to the govt granting a renewal anyway in this case? That is why I thought that the FEB date and the actual Acion Plan outlined in the document (which presumably might have to be acceptable to the PNG govt before any extension is formally approved), might be more critical than is usually the case?

I don't think just any old FS will be looked upon favourably by the govt, judging from the approval delay last year? Just my thoughts of course, but I have held this stock for some time now and would dearly love to see some genuine action asap. Fingers crossed!
