maximum license period is 5years according to thai law and if we are compliant with everything then it shouldn’t be an issue to get another 5years +5years+5years.
But they given us lease 10years+Out of 44spls we might see some will be worth to mining and we will apply for new lease. If we follow law and compliant then they have to give us lease again. If government say no without finding anything then see what happen to uncle TU (we will grab them by the balls). I think RSK might keep the arbitration running until 2027 or beyond, so that we can pull the plug any time if we have to, who needs insurance.
