Im only about 5 ft 8in , I weigh around 75-76 k , but in body mass I range from 24.3 - 25.2 , this is only JUST in the acceptable range , and I get called skinny ! ..lol
I do some exercise everyday , but am not consistent enough with the activity levels . So I am , if I want to be Totally honest , guilty of what you previously describe , comparing against a fatty .
As a younger dude , I was always active with Surf , bike , golf , I could do what I liked but I have never eaten c*ap , or fast food , because I like to cook .
Its so true , where a previous poster mentioned about how far you have to walk to loose a KG , and burn body fat ..
But the real problem is that Im guessing that I think Im carrying too much body fat and yet Im probably within the top 20 % ..Thats the real concern .
