Hi Ersoteric

I was at the meeting & the only hint I picked up was that their last board meeting was held last Friday 13-11-09. We also know their next meeting is mid December. If you can google that & come up with anything you are better than me.

I was one of the first to arrive & I did notice that the board members were paying quite a bit of attention to an asian gentleman who had no input into the meeting whatsoever. I couldn't help wondering if he was the farminee's representative at the AGM.

Purely speculation on my part so please DYOR.
