The bigger question for me is ......is this what we are seeing unfold with the current SP in the ' lead up ' ......ie is this the ' Fair Value ' market or marker on the current SP given it is potentially trading 13 - 17 % below the price paid for what now represents an ' Expanded ' Moblan HUB.....

Remember we also now have a bit of a high water mark underwritten by some Director's options at 15.0 cents which as I have said before , one of the madate's of these Quebec funding institutions is that prior to any funding being given , that the organisation has exhausted ALL its own possibilities of ' Management ' , ' Private ' , and Shareholders funding rounds.

So my question would be have we seen the LAST round apart from the conversion of the Director's 15.0 cent ' insurance ' options. I say insurance because , their $6 million virtually mirrors what is left from BOTH the OC's and OD conversions.
