I really thought that they kept it under 62c to ensure they get more shares to the insto's. Going by the ann. this is not the case as they feel they have enough funds for now.
With the price of gold and silver skyrocketing further since the SPP was initially announced, I could only think that even if the insto's wanted to take up the balance of the undersubscribed retail shares CQT changed their minds, and I can only guess why.
Knowing that in a few months we will be sitting well over a dollar, it would be more prudent to do a further placement then, rather than dilute further stock unecessarily right now. It could be as simple as that.
