By my quick calcs I think you're right.
About a billion shares on issue right now (assuming MC of $105M & SP of 9.7 cents per share).
This acquisition will cost up to another 3 billion shares (based on current economic assumptions and targets being met).
So does this acquisition provide another $300M market cap to justify that?
If I hadn't sold the other week, I'd be looking to time my exit...
