I don't think they are failing at what they are doing mate. If you put the SP aside, and look at what the business has actually achieved over the last 12 months, it speaks volumes. There are many posts on HC about what these achievements are and you can also get these from looking into company announcements.

Has the company conducted themselves well, it's hard to tell at this stage, but I will say this, AF needs to do 1 of 2 things... Either step aside and bring in a CEO with SH relations experience (this will add to labor costs), or get some coaching on public speaking. He is an ideas man, and his message does not always translate out the way he thinks it in his head. I do believe that his intention are good.

Do I think CRO still has legs? Yes I do because of my research into the business, belief in the potential and my comfort levels with my investment. Today I reached by buy price, but I am not too fussed. 5-10 year hold for me.
