You mean the same auditor that ticked off the purchase of another directors overpriced business, yes they need to be questioned at a minimum
ASIC already have all the details I'm sure
The auditor didn't prepare the report until the value of the business was $65m in CRO shares, from memory there was no mention of the loan to AF until post audit report ( I can go back and confirm) that's when he alleged it was owed to mum as early investor yeah right
I'm sure you can work out why it took so long
