I will answer your question.
The situation was AGM 2019 Brisbane, the day I and others challenged the board openly in the AGM.
I asked / proposed that the board allow special access to a group of 5 of the top 20 shareholders, access would enable the small group having signed full confidentiality the ability to check for wrong doing, to see if decisions were being made in shareholder interest.

Reason for special access was that shareholders had lost confidence in the boards ability to make good decisions on our behalf.
The board refused access. Of course they would, that's what they do, restrict information IMO.

There was nothing inappropriate at all, my question was genuine and I would have respected that top 20 groups report back had it taken place.
I would not have been granted access because I was not in the top 20.
I was fighting for shareholders rights and recognition.
