Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-18

the more i look into it the more this is starting to stink. make up your own minds as to what's gone on here. i outline the facts below:

below is an extract from the substantial shareholder notice (3 Feb)
- note the 2 sells on 13/01/2022 for 2,075,000 shares (if settlement date is 17/01/2022 then T+2 trade date is 13/01/2022)
- now from the 13/01/2022 broker data (sell volumes), its pretty easy to see that only Euroz & Argo could've rationally acted as brokers to these sells
- from the 21 Jan announcement (page 3) we are told that Sprott & Argo were Joint Lead Managers to the Placement with Euroz as Co-Manager.
- also note the buy for 3million shares on 31/01/2022 are the placement shares (at $1.16)
