PLL just told their 22 plans. Regarding SYA they wrote:
"Partnering with Sayona Mining (ASX: SYA) to develop one of Quebec’s leading lithium businesses Planned H1 2023 restart of North American Lithium’s spodumene concentrate plant Piedmont holds offtake rights to 50% of NAL production life-of-mine"
That sounds different then those informations we have: offtake rights to 50% as long as SYA does not change production to chemical products.
SYA would be able to sell spodumene concentrate as long as the life-of-mine exists.
