I realize there have been very high (and low?) temperatures measured in the recent past, but I can't comment on where and how those readings were taken or how widespread they were.
I hazard a guess that, like the stock market, there are peaks and troughs however today's temps in Oz are being described as "record breaking", so I guess the question is, are these CC related or just natural occurrences?
I suggest that GHG emissions must have had some effect but as usual, people can't decide the degree (if any) of human involvement.
