You are unable to see any competitors because you are completely fixated on and emotionally invested in Akida and bury your head in the sand to any other possibility.
A competitor does NOT need to be another neuromorphic chip. It can be ANY architecture that satisfies the customer's needs.
In terms of potential competitors, a reasonable starting point would be to look through the available and emerging chips listed in the following link. It does not cover all the potential competitors, but not a bad starting pint.
