AEV has two basic issues.

1. No ability to fund anything now given the sorry state of affairs it is in as evidenced by the need for the CN and the condition of its share register. So not only does it have a major capital management issue it possibly has a severe credit rating credibility and this has been evidenced by the secured CN at a junk bond rate of 8%.

2. No addressable market given its geographic proximity to the major market (a common problem for many automotive industry participants in this part of the world as history has shown).

Seriously they have to give up on that fairytale and consider fertilizer production that is possible on a low capital base and has an addressable market and if smart gear up to produce organic based fertilizer. The funding flow on effects are material and critical for AEV to survive. For AEV anything else now is financial suicide and or unachievable.
