I just think it is too optimised at the moment.

We need 400M to start the project, no matter how to fund this amount, the share will be diluted. Most companies' share prices will start to fly until they solve the funding. However, before that, the price may be affected by times of capital raises. 600% is something based on undiluted I think.

Current lithium chloride is due to the shortage in production and huge demand. After 2023, production will definitely go up and reduce the gap. I think the long term price of lithium chloride will maintain relatively high but not at this level.

The interest is going up, no one knows what will be the rate level in 2024-2025, thus the discount rate will be adjusted according to that.

I think GLN will perform better in Q3 and Q4 before the DFS comes out but the performance in Q1 and Q2 will not be as good as we expected (unless we have some new resources in greenbushes).

For me, I am not an s708 investor thus I cannot participate in the CR. Thus, I am happy to invest in some other lithium shares to increase my capital. GL1, GT1, CRR, EFE increased more than 200% in a short term. I am happy with my other investments.

If you watch the market on daily basis, GLN is not a good one for double your capital in a short term period. GLN is more suitable for institutional investors who can participate in every CR.

I think the market is relatively efficient that the things you point out are known by the market, and the market shows the price of $1.50 now. The price was $2 and now is $1.5, is there any change for what you pointed out before? The lithium chloride price even goes up and reaches a record high.

In fact, the risk also goes up, but it may be overlooked.
