So - about this SPP, page-19

I googled ‘CSL share price history’ and found a couple of sources.

Anyway, having been a little distracted by the mathematics of the SPP I’m now back focusing on whether I want to add to my holding.

It looks like the sp will average out around $260 with the 2% discount taking it down to around $255.

If there’s a meltdown on Wall Street tonight that could change of course but putting that to one side you’re asking yourself whether $255 is a good buy on CSL.

I’m on the fence a bit I must admit. For a start it’s been an underperformer for 2 years now and secondly with the market currently pretty wobbly there’s every chance of buying opportunities in coming months well below $255 (I mean let’s not forget it was $318 in late Nov - it can retrace quickly this stock)

I think I’ll wait until Monday afternoon to make a final call on the SPP participation - that’s not to say I won’t top up in coming months.....I still like it as a long term investment- just not sure of the urgency just to get a 2% discount.
