    Thank you for your thoughts mkabk. Yes it could be tricky raising capital by forward selling and every i would need to be dotted and every t crossed.

    I think Frank's experience as a conservative manager would be very valuable at that point. He has also called in experts to assist. Having talked to Frank on several occasions I cannot possibly imagine he would allow his shareholding to be diluted unless it was the only option. He's is being exceedingly careful in ensuring that the grades are right, checking and re-checking.

    He could certainly come to arrangements for toll treatment to ensure the gold was delivered on time to avoid delays in building the mill. The toll treatment, at a lesser profit of course, could continue until the mill was operational.

    I don't quite get your comment that if the gold price keeps climbing the profit upside for CRK could be limited. Wouldn't it be the opposite?

    This may all be academic if the Alan Kohler report has any credibility about the possible takeover.
