As much as I've been waffling on about the SP I don't think return cash to shareholders is smart idea. No more CR unless no other choice. As DP says they are a Oil Real Estate company. If you have to go to the bank after flipping successful wells then the strategy isn't working
Yes we know they will monetise beyond the HBP drilling but as you said the how is unknown and that unknown to me prevents me from picking a way to go. Clarifying this is a must IMO.
Right now it's buying undervalued land and drilling. That makes us an oil explorer
