Are you serious $1.25 million in bonuses?
I worked for division of asx listed company ( over 2 billion mc) bonus system was based on performance ( kpi) and max was 10-25% of salary
wow these guys know how to reward themselves while the shareholders are suffering four years is plenty of time to show performance, time move him on
shareholders should not approve any freebies or pay rise next 10 years sp pump will happen when cash is below $5mill, hook line sinker before next raise
