maybe a silly question - but if he was to sell them to himself - for instance pass them from one trading account into a different trading account under his control, would we still need to see an updated substantial holding form? or if he broke the holding up into sub 5% parcels and sold them to himself under different holdings, would this show up as one large sale or multiple smaller sales?
