Already done read the May 2019 plan. The plan has a mjor upgrade to 10.5 KT PA. for Lamp. Texas adds HREE and LREE capacity. Unfortunately, because of covid work has not started on Lamp, no announced plans when they plan to start. in Texas going after USD 30M they have delayed project for a year and no idea when they may start. Depending on the delay the lost profits from delay may be more than the 30 M they get from USG.
