Maybe. There will be a lot of demand for cathode material and Tesla will want theirs soon and the supply controlled.
The lines are a little blury, but they have had Dahl on their books for a long time. Not sure what access they have to 'similar' IP to what we have. However, it could be good, they may want NVX IP....
