maybe, remember those in the top 20 have also held through the tough times at significant loss on paper. So when you go from 1 cent to 30cents you would seriously look at locking in your gains.
Once contracts are binding and capex etc all approved I think you will see some big changes in the top 20. Right now, I don’t think it will have change too much.
