I can only try so much with some people, its quite sad when all you get in response is nothing more than a head in the sand response like @BPAA when they are corrected.

Thanks @Rock57 for giving a meaningful response, and @Puzzled for at least responding on topic and correcting my statement.

In terms of PNV raising prices, I know that they are doing that for newer customers. They were selling it at a discount to foundation customers as more of a promotional and marketing strategy to simply get it in peoples hands / operating theatres. The positive word of mouth generated from the use of BTM from these foundation users will and probably have more than made up for the discounts given. Its repeat use customers we want, and we want them to talk and spread the news through word of mouth.

Once the product becomes more accepted and widely used and demand for the product starts to ramp up, then naturally they can lift the price and those using the product will not move away from it for a cheaper alternative because they know how good BTM is. But its a fine balance, though I agree that the new CEO will be pivotal and agree they should be agressive in hiring more sales and push growth. In fact I hope he raises capital or increases debt to bring forward growth, I still don't understand why a cap raise is going to be seen as a bad thing for PNV if it means they get 100+ more sales staff on the ground ASAP.

I keep hearing that its a numbers game from Dave Williams.. its as simple as getting more sales staff and the revenues will go up. And I agree, it is low risk, so why not ramp up your sales recruitment? Why drip feed and delay the growth, when you can get your hands on the cash through a cap raise or debt and roll the product out.

Lets hope the new CEO has the same train of thought and isn't someone who is going to work within the limits of the current cash and debt balance... they need to chase growth!
