Well that wasn't an Announcement I wasn't hoping for going into a Friday night. To say I was once again disappointed/annoyed would be an understatement. Last night felt like death by a 1000 cuts. Was it simply an error from the legal advisors or company designed to buy us more time? I guess we'll never know. It's definitely not the first time I've sat back and tried to figure out the motive behind transpiring company news. One thing for sure is, its not a great look.
In term with the governance of this company, I agree with everything powerage has had to say. I could go on in detail about the head scratching conversations I've had about industry specific questions I've put forth etc but where's that going to get us. I think we all as shareholders deserve better on many fronts.

@longreach's post yesterday saying I think we're about to give birth to a baby elephant. Funny the rollercoaster that comes along with being an SMN holder. That almost post followed by 15 beers and betting on harness races all over the world. An up an down night but the up really kicked off when I had $200 eachway on winner of the first at Angers (French trots) paying $11. 3 races later, at the same track I had $2000 on the fav which was first past the post (bolting) and was disqualified for pacing. Jump on letrot and watch the footage, character building. All said and done finished the night square. Serves me right for betting on early 4 yr trotters at a goat track. One rollercoaster after another.
The point I'm trying to make is, I think Smn is far from a gamble. If its any reassurance I can give holders, its this. I've personally contacted the people's opinions who matter, I'm talking the David Piotrowski's and the Dennis Roach's. Both have been generous with their feedback and both have unwavering support of the tech. From what I've been told, a strong foundation for use of SHM solutions, and CVM in particular, is being built. The series of programs have each introduced additional formality, clear guidance and consistent data supporting the capabilities of CVM sensors. The industry is wanting it but cautious of the regulators. Once the ball gets rolling, they will all follow. These are the people I'm betting on, the industry experts.
Forget the noise holders and stay the course, the elephant is years overdue but still coming.
