BPH are not good at keeping anyone informed unless they are looking to move or support the SP.

* We are still waiting for info on when the AGM will be (it was to have been on 12 Nov 09, it's defferred, but we don't know until when.

* we don't know the real status on their biotech developments or very vague status.

* BPH has options in Advent. I think they are for up to 19.4% at 0.50, but BPH has never relased that to BPH shareholders, you have to dig around in MEC, Grandbridge & Advent reports and web sites to find out anything. MEC has either 81.4% or 74% of Advent depending on which source I use)

* David Breeze is associated with BPH, MEC (MMR), Advent and Grandbridge Ltd. It all seems very incestuous to me with each owning and having shares and options in bits and pieces of each other. There is some debt between some of the companies (I think), but I haven't had the time to sit down and work that out yet.

* Advent and MEC also have shares or options in CTP (not that many 10 mil & 3.5 mil respectively)

* I hold BPH and have for a number of years (well sold on highs this year and re-bought in SPP). For now I have the shares as a sleeper because it is too much work to figure out what to do and what elements to be exposed to (oil, gas, biotech) and thus the choice is:
BPH
MMR
BUY
(Advent is unlisted)
GBA
(CTP)

to ans the question, I don't think they announce because they only have options.
