While the panel is still deliberating, emr instructed to resume trading. Then comes news of a rival hostile bid...while the panel is deliberating.
What the heck is going on here ? How has all this been allowed to happen.

What will happen to the SP on Monday ?
EMR should return to the gold making business.
Getting involved in a legal minefield, even if their bid is successful (and that's looking increasingly doubtfull) is not advisable.
