If you would like you can register for federal court hearing lists on this site

Futhermore, the discovery process will be enough for Alliance whichever way it goes. Why? Because if Quasar keep pushing the barrow of confidentiality then the court may rule that it must, and I emphasise, must provide the relevant material. First if they provide all the relevant material it will provide further evidence that they have bypassed the JY Management Committee. If they do not provide the material then the court would fall on them heavily. It is clear to me that Alliance's legal team are very astute. Why? Because they waited until the first documented breach of the agreement and not rely on hearsay. What is the saying about a signature and a sword? That is why they kept paying up and meeting their obligation.

If you read the announcement of the 12 November you will see that the wording fits very well with the High Court decision on non-essential items. Quasar probably has the best legal team in the world. But they are probably yanks and they stuffed it up. Again forget the Supreme Court case because it will all show up in the federal court. We either get the material and relevant documentation and we are happy or Quasar refuses to give it to us and they'll breach the agreement and also be up for contempt. I think that you might find that there might be others watching proceedings and willing to decision to buy. This situation is good for Alliance not bad. If they waited longer and went to construction our hands would have been tied and then you would worry. Currently IG has the initiative.
