What happened to talga German graphene plant build in 2016. What happened to agreements with Bose and Tata steel? So many MOU agreements that did not go anywhere I lost count over the years. While paying themselves.
No anode test results from battery manufacturers since two years of testing. Should have off take already with permitting as a condition. Or is there problem with our technology.
LKAB(Sweden government) have not renewed MOU agreement. Currently we have no mining partner. After spending one year negotiating with LKAB(Sweden). Why did LKAB let Mitsui know first that they are not renewing agreement with Talga. Talga was blind sided with LKAB departure and Talga thought everything was "on track" for Joint venture.
Only have permitting for trial mines since 2015. Surely we should have submitted mine application in 2016 after the trial mine or was there a problem with Sweden approval. Graphene production was going to start 2016.
MT payed 5 million performance bonus in 2021. Yet we have no JV funding, no JV agreement, no off take agreement, no permitting. We still require 170 million for 19ktpa and 450 million for 100ktpa. Performance?
Where will all this capital come from. EU support local businesses not Australian. Sure we got 1.2 million grant from UK. That's the type of money we can expect in terms of grants. Will have to give equity stake for 170 million. At what SP will equity be exchanged for capital.
