I was wrong about wpl a were some others, I suppose we are now in a new ball park. The more I think, the more INDIA commes to mind WHY, well they have very large population wich lives in heavily poluted inviroment & now is the time to look for cleaner energy source-hence, invest in gas before it gets too expensive. Yes INDIA has lot of poverty, on the other hand they have quite lot of wealthy instos, only recently they have bought 200 tonnes of gold.
In conclusion,I wouldnt rule out INDIA.
