If the AFR is correct a $250m CR equals a lot of dilution (~30%).
For me that should be the last straw for Verner. If he can't raise debt finance then he needed to be the showman and pump the share price to get as much value for shareholders as possible. Missed opportunities in the last few months:
-Botched the Tesla announcement with the trading halt stealing momentum.
-Two pieces of information that should have been separate market announcements rather than just included in the qtrly1. Pemba port option2. Buying more land at Visalia for future expansion
