    well the plan is not working so far....there are no (read serious) sellers of the rights.

    All is good imho. we have only seen about 19 mill shares go through since the halt was lifted. Not many buyers but the main thing not many keen to sell either.....

    .....and now we are seeing everyone hanging onto their rights. early days yet though I do admit.
