possibly, from an observer point of view, ( ex holder) its been a messy few weeks.
the comeback from BP closing amongst other things has been pretty poor imo, as i said in the past when getting paid >$350k you would have had better risk management scenarios in place, but i dissapeared from hear once i got calls from Towner.
i do think that this FEED small refinery is good and may come back if that progressed.
perhaps the board has lost confidence in him?
