Parkway has moved beyond pure speculation - which has the potential to really get hammered - and has a growing(please) income. Extra bonus points if they land the FS and associated income. They're addressing an environmental issue and generating profit for customers, not riding a wave of discretionary spending. I think they're reasonably placed to weather any market downturns. With enough publicity from a big-customer FS, could even be seen as a good bet for investors getting wary. Growing company, generating income, potential breakout tech with kudos-customer attached, environmental investment. A nice mix of existing business + speculation.
