peteai........you are part of the problem, calling everyone who doesn't trust the government sponsored scientists as "denialists". Like we are walking around with blinkers.
Wake up to yourself. As you say scientists are conservative....and many many many scientists do not buy into this AGW scenario. Are they living in denial too?
