Hi Leinad - POL did an in specie distribution to shareholders when they spun out SXG. I think that was back in March 2008. I can't recall the exact ratio of the top of my head.
POL ended up with a bit of SXG because the initial placement wasn't fully taken up. I don't think this has been divested yet. POL also has a few SXG options. You should be able to troll through the announcements around that time to get a clearer idea.
