Keybridge is trying to extract a higher bid price from WAM IMO. All part and parcel of the takeover dance. KBC do not have a snowflakes chance in hell with plan A. Maybe with plan B. Everyone has a price at which they will sell. Once the majority of shareholders move, the rest will follow. It's almost a done deal IMO.
