Originally you said you would be in to TD and that results where looking good and now you have switched on a bad feeling due to past experience. Like mentioned here you have leaky ships and tightly sealed ones. I have put 2 and 2 together and think the probability is high for success on this one now.
Price is going down because of SPP thats it.
I understand your uncertainty due to what experience has told us but to me this ship is a little different.
